Learning from the user

Once you finish the prototype, it is time to share with your users and learn from them. The four question categories below are a general guide. Although you could use surveys and other web-based tools, business experts advise you actually try to do as many face-to-face sessions with users as possible and observe their interaction with the prototype as well as ask relevant questions to seek out ideas for iteration.

The following are four key questions  you can use as a guide in getting customer feedback about your prototype:

  1. 1

What do you like about this prototype?

  2. 2

What would you change about this prototype?

  3. 3

What questions do you have about this prototype

  4. 4

What ideas were sparked by this prototype?
